About Pratt

This summer, experience a dynamic hub of creativity at Pratt Institute. Our Summer Centre offers aspiring artists and designers the chance to explore their passions through hands-on workshops and collaborative projects in state-of-the-art facilities. Students dive into a vibrant community and unlock their creative potential.

The Brooklyn campus has smart classrooms, a student lounge, library and study areas, a computer lab and cafeteria, all in a convenient location with the bridges and skyline of Manhattan a short ride away. Founded in 1887 by the industrialist Charles Pratt, Pratt Institute is a private college specialising in art, design and architecture. Its main campus is in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, with a sculpture park set among the historic campus buildings.

About New York

New York never sleeps: skyline and subway on the East Coast, with the whole city as your classroom. Students can catch a Broadway show, see the Statue of Liberty, walk Times Square and Central Park, and take in Manhattan by private bus. Add trips to Washington D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia and you have an English-language summer that is as much about the city as the classroom.
